Jennifer Cona is the Director of Operations at ICC Automation, a Long Island-based smart home integration company specializing in luxury home automation, lighting control, motorized window treatments, audio/video systems, networking, security, and custom technology solutions.

Having spent more than 20 years with the company, Jennifer has grown from answering phones to leading client relationships and operations, working in virtually every role along the way.

Her ability to bridge complex technology with personalized design has helped ICC Automation evolve alongside rapid advancements in the industry, creating homes that are not only intelligent but seamlessly integrated into the way people live.
