Melissa Ingino is the Founder and CEO of Grit & Grace Design Studio, a Long Island-based branding and creative agency that helps purpose-driven businesses clarify their message and amplify their impact through branding, content creation, web design, and strategic marketing.

 

She is also the Co-Founder of Fearless Founders Long Island, a community built to bring authentic, values-driven entrepreneurs together through meaningful networking, coaching, and collaboration.

 

Before launching her businesses, Melissa spent a decade as a licensed psychotherapist, a background that continues to shape her ability to deeply understand people, uncover the "why" behind every brand, and help entrepreneurs communicate their purpose with clarity and confidence.
