Rachel Lozina is the founder of Blue Water Spa, a premier skincare and wellness spa with locations in Oyster Bay and Southampton.

 

A licensed esthetician with over 22 years of experience, she has spent the past 17 years building a business centered on advanced, results-driven skincare rather than traditional spa experiences.

 

After growing her Oyster Bay location into a successful, self-sustaining operation, she expanded into Southampton to meet increasing demand while maintaining the same high standard of service and client care.

Rachel believes that great businesses are built by putting people before profits. She has created a collaborative, team-first culture by employing her staff as W-2 employees instead of commission-based contractors, encouraging teamwork and genuine client recommendations over sales-driven incentives.
