Sosh Adriano is the Owner of Whale's Tale, Harbor Head Brewing Company, and former owner of LotaVeco in Northport, New York.

 

A lifelong restaurateur, Sosh grew up in the hospitality industry, bussing tables as a child in his father's restaurants before managing his first restaurant as a teenager and opening his first business at just 23 years old.

 

Over the years, he has built a reputation for creating destination dining experiences that blend exceptional hospitality with a relaxed, community-first atmosphere. From transforming Whale's Tale from a seasonal marina snack bar into one of Long Island's most beloved waterfront restaurants to launching Harbor Head Brewing Company, Sosh continues to innovate while staying true to his passion for hospitality, culture, and creating memorable guest experiences.
